Our Founder

Hi, I am Sandeep Bisht, founder of Sanskaaryoga, from Uttarakhand, India. Working as a Freelancer Yoga Therapist. Graduated in yogic sciences and Masters in yoga therapy.

I have been teaching, hatha, meditations, pranayama, different relaxation, and special techniques since 2019.

We use yoga techniques and practices to help clients manage and treat various physical, mental, and emotional health conditions.

Yoga therapy sessions may include physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, relaxation techniques, and lifestyle recommendations. The goal of yoga therapy is to help clients achieve a state of balance and harmony within themselves and their lives.
